Shipping policy

Where we ship from

Every bag of Morning Wood granola is packed and shipped from our fulfilment centre in Jacksonville, Florida.

Where we ship to

We ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship outside the United States at this time.

Processing time

Orders are packed within 1-2 business days of being placed, Monday to Friday, excluding US public holidays. Orders placed after 12pm ET on a Friday start processing the following Monday.

Shipping options and costs

Standard: $8.00, arrives in 3-7 business days.

Standard on orders $70 and over: free, arrives in 3-7 business days.

Express: $15.00, arrives in 2-3 business days.

Delivery estimates are counted from the day your order ships, not the day you place it. Your total wait is processing time plus delivery time.

Free shipping

Standard shipping is free on every US order of $70 or more, before tax. It applies automatically at checkout, so there is no code to enter.

Tracking your order

You will get a confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order is packed. If it has not arrived within an hour of ordering, please check your spam folder before contacting us.

Delays

Carrier backlogs, severe weather and public holidays can add time we cannot control. If your tracking has not moved in five business days, email us and we will chase it.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your address carefully at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us as undeliverable, we will reship it once you cover the return postage, or refund the order minus the original shipping cost.

Apparel and merch

T-shirts and hoodies are printed to order by our print partner and ship separately from granola. They may arrive in a different parcel and on a different timeline, and their shipping is quoted separately at checkout.
